Annual, paid once a year, and it includes VAT. In the calculator you see the base subscription, the optional modules, the extra users and, if you choose it, the integration with other software. The devPOS discount is not included in the total.

How is fiscalization with devPOS priced?

There is no fixed price. If you take devPOS together with devBooks, the devPOS subscription is 30% off; the same applies to existing devPOS clients when they renew. If you use other fiscalization software, we give you devPOS free for the period left on your current contract and you then continue at 30% off, or we integrate your existing software for 2,000 lek a year. Fiscalization includes one point of sale and four operators.

What if I need more users?

Add extra users at an annual price. The "Services" package includes 3 users and each extra user costs 700 lek a year; "Sales, medium business" includes 5, at 850 lek for each extra user. The "Accountant" and "Training / Teaching" packages do not take extra users.

I am an accountant and keep the books of several businesses. What do I need?

The "Accountant" package covers up to 30 companies with 3 users, and the base price is set by agreement, depending on the companies you manage. The optional modules (HR, assets, inventory) are added at the prices in the table, and the Inventory module (60,000 lek) also includes inventory revaluation and customs declarations.

Is there a charge for training or teaching?

No. Schools, courses and training centres use devBooks free of charge, with 10 users; reports cannot be exported and fiscalization works only in the test environment.

Can I change the package later?

Yes. You add or remove modules and users whenever you want, and the total changes by their price: for example, the HR module in the "Services" package adds 5,000 lek a year. Write to us or call us and we do it the same day.
