What the module does

All of it is in the product today.

  • We keep the employee register with departments, job positions and management positions.
  • You process the payroll list with the salary calculator, which covers bonuses, deductions and the different types of payment.
  • We use the calendar of public holidays directly in the salary calculation.
  • You import and export employees, bonuses, deductions and payroll lists with Excel.
  • With the posting schemes you configure, the payroll list goes into the accounts on its own.

The monthly payroll list

Each month you work from the employee register, with their departments and positions. The salary calculator takes into account bonuses, deductions and the different types of payment, and it takes public holidays from the calendar, so you do not count holiday days by hand. When the payroll list is ready, it goes into the accounts on its own through the posting schemes you have configured.

The payroll list (monthly payroll declaration) is filed by the 20th of the following month, with the personal income tax (TAP) and the contributions for each employee. You check the amounts for one employee with the gross to net salary calculator and the contributions calculator. The full table is in how much is deducted from salary in 2026, and the cost for the employer in how much an employee costs.

The cases that change the salary

Overtime, annual leave, sick leave and the 13th-month salary are not calculated like the base salary. We have explained each one separately: annual leave, and in Albanian overtime, sick leave on a medical certificate and the 13th-month salary.

When you have many employees, you do not enter them one by one: employees, bonuses, deductions and payroll lists are imported and exported with Excel. Human resources data can also come from devHR, which we integrate with.
