The reports of every month
The sales and purchase ledgers are not compiled separately: they are filled from the invoices you record, including those that come from the SelfCare portal, and you open them directly in the interface before you prepare the VAT return. The verification reports for customers, suppliers and items show where the figures do not match, so you find the differences before a tax inspection does.
The reports you look at regularly, such as the week’s sales or overdue invoices, you schedule once, and they arrive by email at the frequency you choose. The columns and filters you set are saved for next time, and every report exports to Excel or PDF.
Financial statements and the dashboard
The statement of assets and liabilities (balance sheet), the statement of performance (income statement) and the cash flow statement are generated from the year’s entries, without building them in Excel. The 2026 statements are filed on e-Filing by 31 March 2027 and with the National Business Centre (QKB) by 31 July 2027; the details are in the financial statements deadline (in Albanian), and the annual return in the corporate income tax return.
For the owner, the dashboard brings together on one screen the profit margin, average days to collect, inventory turnover and the cash position. Sales are compared automatically with the same days of the previous period, so a month that starts weakly shows up in the first week. When you need an analysis that none of the roughly 70 ready-made reports covers, you configure the generic report yourself.
