From quote to payment
A sale often starts with the customer’s request. The quote you send becomes an order and then an invoice without re-entering the items, and each document keeps its link to the one before it. The price comes from the price and discount level you have set for the customer, the group or the item, and the margin is calculated instantly.
When the invoice is posted, the warehouse is updated with the goods issue note generated from the invoice. With a cash invoice, the voucher is created at the same moment. When a customer pays several invoices at once, the settlement pays them all off and creates the cash receipt voucher by itself, without closing them one by one. You see the customer’s unpaid invoices and prepayments from the document you have open, before you give them goods on payment terms.
Purchases and invoices from SelfCare
On the purchasing side the cycle is the same: request, supplier quote, order and invoice, with the goods receipt note generated from the invoice. The e-invoices that suppliers issue in the SelfCare portal are imported through devPOS, so you do not enter them by hand. How they are accepted or rejected on the platform is explained in purchase invoices in SelfCare (in Albanian).
A fiscalized invoice cannot be cancelled; a mistake is corrected with a corrective invoice, and we cover the cases in the corrective invoice in SelfCare (in Albanian). For large volumes, you work with summary invoices and with Excel imports in pivoted form.
